Shipping and Return Policy


All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns require prior authorization before finalizing the order and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the merchandise value. Returns are subject to exchanges, refunds, or credits. Order Cancellation:

To cancel orders placed on joeboots.com, contact us via email at joebootsservice@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be made on the same day as the order. Cancellations require prior authorization before finalizing the order and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "status" once approved.

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted with our authorization. Please email us at joebootsservice@gmail.com. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the products. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once our returns department receives the merchandise, it will be subject to exchange or refund. Individuals who refuse to receive orders, do not claim packages, or cannot receive or return products due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for replacement, plus all transportation costs.

Shipping Time:

Processing time for domestic orders is 6 to 7 business days. After that, delivery time within the US is 2 to 6 days. Each order will include a tracking number to track your shipment at any time via email. We are not responsible for shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural events.

Be sure to provide us with your shipping address if it differs from the billing address of your credit card.
